Bryan back to camera coaching young athletes inside the Nth Degree gym; 'Gym for Athletes' shirt visible.

This is where they belong.

You see it in yours. The drive. The way they care when no one's watching. They're already an athlete. They're already on the path.

What they need is a home for it. A room that meets the seriousness without taking the joy out of it. Coaches who've walked the road. The body work, the mindset, the energy, the standard — all in one place.

That's what we built. A home for the athlete and the human inside them. Where becoming their best is the work, and enjoying the climb is the point.

This is the place we wished existed when we were 12, 16, 21. It's now the place your athlete walks into.

Performance is the vehicle. Self-trust is the destination.

How to start.

  1. You tell us about your athlete.
  2. Bryan responds personally — athlete to athlete.
  3. Trial session. We see together if the work fits.

Two academies. One philosophy.

Young Foundations Academy athletes mid-session at the Nth Degree.

Ages 8/9 – 13

Build the foundations everything else gets built on.

Stability, posture, mechanics, agility — the layer everything else gets built on. The work that keeps young athletes from breaking under the load they're already carrying at school and club.

Advanced Academy athletes mid-training at the Nth Degree.

Ages 13/14+

The years that decide what your athlete is capable of.

13 onward is the most pivotal stretch in a young athlete's development. They leave with the body, the engine, and the mindset to compete at the level they're aiming for.

Nth Degree alumni have gone on to AFL, AFLW, WNBA, Olympic medals, NCAA scholarships, and international competition.

Two athletes mid resisted-sprint inside the Nth Degree training room, motion blur on the runner.

Two halves of the work. The body. The person carrying it.

The body work is layered. Strength, speed, power, agility, conditioning — programmed for the phase of the year and the sport they play. Underneath, the work most parents don't see: running technique, posture under load, the mechanics that prevent the injuries kids rack up everywhere else.

The human work is the harder half. Identity. Belief. The mindset that holds when the pressure rises. We talk about who your athlete is becoming, and how to stay inside their dreams without being consumed by them.

And it's not a selection environment. The work here is for them. Not for a coach watching to slot them into a team. Most athletes feel the difference in their first session. The suffocation lifts.

We don't chase sweat. We chase what lasts.

We play sport.

They started where your athlete is now.

Izzy Borlase — basketball, WNBA Atlanta Dream.

IZZY BORLASE

THEN

Came in as a junior, 4 years ago.

NOW

WNBA Atlanta Dream

Paris 2024 Olympic bronze medallist (Australian Opals)

2026 WNBL MVP (youngest WNBL MVP since Liz Cambage, 2011)

"I came to The Nth Degree for the first time about 4 years ago when I was just a junior. Bryan and the coaches have put together an amazing facility and program that helped me develop a strong strength and conditioning base which has now led me to bigger and better things. I'm not sure if I would have been able to achieve any of this without Bryan and his crew."
Hattie Shand — hockey, Hockeyroos.

HATTIE SHAND

THEN

Came from SASI wanting to make the national squad.

NOW

Hockeyroos — Paris 2024 Olympics squad

Currently competing internationally

"The team at The Nth Degree worked closely with me on my speed, agility, injury prevention, running technique and fundamental movements. 3 years later I am now in the Australian women's national hockey team, the Hockeyroos. It's a credit to Bryan and everyone involved at The Nth Degree for all their commitment and dedication to get the best out of their athletes."
James Borlase — AFL, Adelaide Crows.

JAMES BORLASE

THEN

Walked in at 16.

NOW

AFL — Adelaide Crows (signed two-year extension Sep 2024)

"After 2 solid years coming two to three times a week I feel quicker, stronger and more agile than I thought I could ever be. They know what it is like to compete at the highest level of professional sport and made sure my body was ready to go head-first into that environment. I got through my first AFL preseason with no injuries where other first years' bodies couldn't handle the work load."
Tayla Brazel — basketball, Adelaide Lightning (WNBL).

TAYLA BRAZEL

THEN

Came in as a young basketballer; mum found us via close friends.

NOW

Adelaide Lightning (WNBL)

SASI scholarship athlete

"Being an elite sportsperson Tayla needs to be continually challenged and the training that she does at The Nth Degree is something that is an extension of her regular trainings. We chose The Nth Degree because close friends of ours recommended it and she has not looked back. The coaches made Tayla feel very comfortable from day 1. Working with like-minded people, especially through the early COVID period, has been a benefit to her to keep her focus."

Jodie, Tayla's mum

Who's gonna be next?

Izzy and James are brother and sister. Both came through The Nth Degree. Both ended up at the top of their sports. Same gym, two athletes, two pathways.
